A good Maintenance Program will reduce the down time of the equipment and/or systems and will improve Plant efficiencies. In addition, the Maintenance Program, will maintain employees Safety of electrical installation such as faults that may cause an injury. Quantum Controls, Corp, can prepare an Electrical Maintenance Program to suit our Clients needs, can carry out routine inspections of the electrical systems
and equipment, fault diagnosis, equipment repairs and modifications, improve systems performance and compile and revise electrical schematic drawings.

A key element for the success of any Construction Project is the manner in which a company organizes and prepares for executing the work. Quantum Controls, Corp, approach to a project begins by preparing and assembling the procedures and controls required from managing the work.

These documents include the Design and Construction implementation Plan, Construction Schedule, the Subcontracting Plan (if needed), the Safety and Security Procedures, Materials Control, Procurement and Quality Assurance Procedure, and all other procedures required by the specifics of the job.

The next step consists of assembling a Qualified Project Team with the experience necessary to execute the project. This team will combine the required on site field personnel with our regional office support structure, working with the Client project manager to successfully execute the project.

Once the project is underway, Quantum Controls, Corp, staff performs the following functions based on the specific scope:

• Mobilize Design and Construction Facilities
• Implement a strong Safety Culture
• Mobilize the required Craft and Subcontractors
• Implement Internal Project Controls Systems
• Implement Quality Control procedures

• Execute the Fabrication and Construction work in accordance with established Design Criteria

Through its technical staff Quantum Controls, Corp, provides Engineering Design, Equipment / Panels Fabrication, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation Project Management and Construction Services throughout all stages of project development from technical and economic feasibility studies, through preliminary and detailed design and follow-up consultation during construction.

Quantum Controls, Corp, believes that regardless of the contractual arrangements, and integrated team approach is an effective method of satisfying an Owner’s needs in which the Project Planning Design and Construction Phases are treated as integrated tasks within a project system. These tasks are assigned to a project team consisting of the owner, the project / construction manager, and the design engineer, members of the team ideally work together from inception to completion, with the common objective of optimum project execution.

The team carefully examines interactions between Cost, Quality, and Schedule so that a project of maximum value to the owner is realized within the most efficient time frame.

Quantum Controls, Corp, offers General Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation Construction and Equipment Fabrication Services and has provided such for both Turnkey and Stand-alone Construction Projects.

Quantum Controls, Corp, provides Construction Services on Subcontract basis for Major Retrofit and Modifications, Equipment Installation, and Maintenance. The Company has a large, experienced staff of Supervisory, Technical, and Administrative personnel who are available to execute an effective field plan from pre-construction activities to operation. Quantum Controls, Corp, has tendered these services for fixed price, and cost plus assignments. Quantum Controls, Corp, provides complete Resources and Qualifications to support General Contractor or sub-contractors services, based upon unique project conditions.

Construction /Project Manager

In the course of our business, we implement effective Field Staff, Project Controls and Labor Management Programs based upon the latest research and findings of groups such as the Construction Industry Institute and Business Roundtable, in which we actively participate.

Our Construction/Project Manager is directly responsible for overall performance of alt the Construction Phase of the project. He works closely with Client’s, Contractors, Sub-contractors Project Managers to ensure that the project’s objectives are met, including but not limited to Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule.

Project Engineers

Reporting to the Construction/Project Manager our Project Engineers are experienced in directing activities related to construction. They are all responsible for managing the craft labor, subcontractors and supervisory field force as a self-sufficient business entity. This responsibility includes coordination of all work task assignments, prior to implementing and assuring administrative compliance with contract requirements. In addition, they have the responsibility to implement and enforce Quantum Controls, Corp. Safety Program.
